Jocelyn DeGance Graham- Co Founder & President

Named by the Business Journal as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley and by CRN as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in IT, Jocelyn is the President of LEVERS and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Holberton Software Engineering School, and the Advisory Boards of various tech startups. Jocelyn is Diversity Partner Liaison to Google, and the Founder of Cloud-NOW.org, a 501c3 non-profit focused on championing women in cloud and providing STEM scholarships for the next generation of tech leaders. Jocelyn has deep expertise in marketing, communications, and research, and has spent the majority of her career advising high potential technology startups including rent.net (acquired by Move Group), Holberton (Trinity Ventures), Cloudability (TechStars, 500 Startups, Trinity Ventures), as well as Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Intuit, and Accenture.

Ferdi Serim- Chief Education Officer

Ferdi Serim helps people become more effective in “real life” by turning digital fluencies into economic opportunities. Currently he serves as the Chief Education Officer of LEVERS. He has worked in many venues: Board Member of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN); State Ed Tech Director for New Mexico; Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge Data Program Manager, Governor’s Broadband Initiative Program Manager, and Associate of the David Thornburg Center for Professional Development (and jazz musician). Ferdi walks the talk: his students' Internet achievements are documented in the Scientific American, Los Angeles Times, the Learning Channel and other media.

Kim Heinbuch- Director Of Engagements

Kim Heinbuch has over 15 years of classroom experience and a MAEd., specializing in Technology in Curriculum. In addition, she’s well-versed in both corporate and city government technology purchasing and contracts and has led business development for two successful enterprises. With this diverse background, Kim is able to systematically integrate technology into the education environment and promote a more cohesive relationship between educators and the integration process. In her role as Director of Educational Engagement for LEVERS LLC., Kim initiates improved solutions that empower students to become an instrumental part of the technology learning process.

Mike Archibeque - Director of Educational Alliances

Michael is currently the Director, Education Alliances with LEVERS. As the former CIO for the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED), he was responsible for all State education information technology activity including application/systems development and implementation, infrastructure,  project management, and operations planning and support. Michael has more than twenty years’ experience in the management of highly visible and complex programs and projects related to the initiation, analysis, and distribution of data and business information systems in Education.

Kelly Ireland- Founder & Board of Directors

Kelly Ireland is a Tech CEO, Investor, Advisor and Philanthropist. Kelly launched CB Technologies in 2001 with a focus on offering innovative technology solutions and unparalleled client service, and has evolved as an award-winning entrepreneur IT Solutions Provider with a roster of Fortune 50 clients. Kelly’s investments and Board roles include Greenqloud, which was acquired by NetApp in 2017. In addition to building her successful business, Kelly has also been a consistent supporter and advocate of social and economic justice causes; she serves on the Board of Directors for Generation Yes, and the Board of Governors for Uplift Family Services at Hollygrove, an EMQ FamiliesFirst Agency.

Jason Mendenhall- Board of Directors

Jason is the Founder and CEO of Alta Insight, a consulting practice focused on extending the capabilities and capacities of CEOs by transforming technology based businesses as a “President for Hire”. His latest client, Greenqloud, was acquired by NetApp, a Fortune 500 multinational storage and data management company. Jason’s expertise includes: Strategy, Product Development/Marketing, M&A, Go-To Market Restructuring, and Digital Transformation. Prior to Alta Insight, Jason served as Executive Vice President at Switch, Inc., the Vice President of Product & Customer Operations of Sparkplug, Inc and the Co-Founder of Verde Communications, Inc. He has led the creation, roll-out, and sales of new products to Fortune 500 companies for more than a decade. Jason holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Utah.
